So i just got my braces off and i'm using the white strips right now....
i want to know how long you have to wait until you can...

good choice!!!you can drink right away as long as its clear(dark colas stain) eat whenever you want...just brush afterwards) anytime is a good time to brush...doesnt matter as the whitesstrips did they're job when you were wearing them...enjoy:)
