Is dentist aloud too take a tooth out from a pregnant woman?

Hi am 28 weeks pregnant and i got a really bad tooth that hurts so much am only taking tylonol i was wondering are wee aloud too go too a dentist when pregant or not and if so did anone had a tooth taking out wild pregant ... tx

Any sugestion for the pain ...

It is usually best to have dental work during the 2nd trimester....up to 26 weeks, BUT...... in the best interest of the child, it might be necessary to go ahead and have the extraction. If you are in constant pain, it is not good for the baby. Most ob/gyns allow minor oral surgery when the mother is in pain. Call and ask yours.....
