I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed, I'm 13, and does anyone have any suggestion!

I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed, I'm 13, and does anyone have any suggestions with the pain factor???

I've already gotten one removed, so I'm getting three out. I have braces.

I'm getting them removed because they're interfering with my other molars and the whole braces thing... yeah.

better now then when your older.....i was 19 when i had all 4 of mine pulled in one appointment. Wasn't bad at all. Very eazy, and i've sence had 3 other teeth pulled as well. Two were completely distroyed and one had some issue going on.

Anyhow, on the pain factor. See if you can take a pain pill like motrin before you go. Have ora-gel handy when you get home so when the novicane starts to wear off you can put that on the gums to help keep the pain factor down. ONLY COLD DRINKS! cold water, milkshake was what i had, and an ice pack on both sides of your face for 20 minutes at a time that will help keep the swelling down, which will keep the pain factor down.

Believe me i was 19 and had , had an infection that drained in to my lymphondes in my neck and i also ended up with lock jaw on top of that for a week. I was in extream pain. I couldn't go to school. It was pretty bad, speggeti-o's became my bestfriend for a while.......lol....
