Which is MUCH MORE effective? Can the results be equally the same? I need to compare $350 at the dentist to $40 for the Crest white strips by your answers.

My wife and I were recently enrolled in a dental study looking at different types of whitening methods. Even though a dental office whitening method was not considered in this study, Crest Whitening Strips were used as well as Rembrandt Whietening trays. We had to use them over a period of 3 months. My wife's teeth were already white and mine had a few coffee stains. After three months of me using Crest whitening strips, I don't think you could get teeth whiter than mine were. I know many people who use Crest. Go for it and save some money.
