About my teeth?
i cleaned my teeth by the doctor and it starteed bleeding he said i have a gam deases . i want to know can i do bleaching after i cleaned them and what toothpaste is good so my gum gets better and can i do bleaching more than once a year or it have to be done every 6 months?

If you have gum disease you need to address this problem first "before" even thinking about bleaching your teeth. If you don't get the gum disease under control, you will lose your teeth. No sense in having pearly whites if they are falling out. Your dentist should have given you advice on what to do or an appointment with a periodontist for an evaluation. If not, get back in touch with your dentist office and ask why? Good luck and I hope you get this problem taken care of soon and worry about bleaching at a later date.
