Do you think it's possible to turn yellow teeth pearly white again?!

Question:

Do you think it's possible to turn yellow teeth pearly white again?

I'm 16. I really haven't taken good care of my teeth the past 3 years. They have turned yellow and gross looking. I use hydrogen peroxide twice a day and I sometimes use those whitening strips. I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and have been getting good results. Do you think it's possible for me to get them pearly white again? I meen really white.

Answers:

Yes, you can get them white again by bleaching with the strips and using peroxide. Just use caution and any sensitivity should cause you to discontinue use for a few days. As for going to the dentist for bleaching, it would be advisable to wait a few more years on doing this. Even with the bleaching trays it's better to hold off until you are about 18 years old to let the teeth erupt fully. So if the strips are working for you then keep using them, but as I said, use caution and don't over stimulate or dehydrate your teeth too much. Hope I've been of some help and good luck with your bleaching!
