Should my affenpincher have 2 sets of teeth?!

Question: my little dog was 2yrs. old in nov. she never lost her baby teeth that i know of .she lost a kanine tooth yesterday. and when i looked in her mouthshe has 2 sets of teeth. is this something i need to take up with my vet ,or do they do this sometimes?
