Floss every night then brush and then rinse with hydrogen peroxide. Swish, spit, do not rinse/eat/drink, go to bed. Gingivitis is common in teenagers, NOT adults. Adults normally exhibit signs of gingivitis that do not go away. That is b/c it usually is not gingivitis, it usually is periodontal disease/gum disease. Usually caused by tartar/calculus buildup from not having your teeth cleaned in a long time. Go get your teeth cleaned before too much bone loss occurs from the gum disease if you are an adult. If you are a teenager, keep doing the work it will probably get better, but if you have not had a cleaning, get one.

A waterpik will also help heal your gums.

use the sonic care toothbrush, and a waterpik. if there's been plaque under your gums, you need to see a periodontist...you won't be able to remove it with the sonicare and waterpik.

Get some listerine and continue to do what you are doing. Drink lots of water and avoid sugary drinks like soda and juice. Your gums will get better it just takes a little bit of time and just keep flossing. It took me a year to get my gums healthy. But they are really healthy now and don't bleed anymore. Good luck!
