Orthodontic rubber bands- placement query!?
I am well aware that this question may be unanswerable, but I was willing to try and I'm hoping for the best. I'll include as many facts as I can. Yesterday, I went to the orthodontist and they gave me a rubber band in the right side of my mouth. They called it a "Class 2 Triangle". My problem is, they didn't tell me where the rubber band should be hooked in my mouth, and it snapped before I could figure out where it went. All I know is that it hooks on to the tooth 2 teeth away from my right one of the top two teeth (sorry, that didn't make much sense) and on the bottom, 5 teeth away from the back of my mouth on the right side.
Thank you if you can help. I would go back to the orthodontist to ask him, but his office is closed until next week and I'm leaving in three days to travel for the summer.

oh gosh i know how that feels. i had gotten rubber bands also and didnt remember to ask them where to hook it. all you have to do is call your ortho and they will look at your chart and tell you exactly where to place it. or if you dont understand how they discribe it, just go into the office and ask them to put one in for you and look at it in the mirror(ive dont that too!)
