I'm Getting A Molar (not a wisdom tooth though) out next week. I was prescribed Valium to take 30 mins. before
On the bottle it says: "Take 2 teaspoonfuls". It also said on the bottle 5 mg. So is that 5 mg for EACH teaspoon???! So, I'd be ingesting 10 mg of it?!?!

just take the two teaspoons and you will be in the bahamas in your head and have no idea what they are ripping out of your head. just don't get addicted to it. besides if i had had that when i got teeth pulled I would have felt so much happier about it than i did. They had to do laser surgery on one that was impacted and it didn't hurt but I would have rather not known what they were doing. Just take the valium and be happy your not getting the shot. cuz it sucks. I have had one or two teeth rippied out with jsut the shot and my wisdoms with being knocked out and being unconsious was definitely the way to go. Just when you come out of it you will feel like your mouth is full of cotton, and you will be surprised when you realize it is cotton.very bloody cotton.
