Getting rid of gum Immflation?
how long does it take and i have a kanker sore in my mouth so im not sure if it will burn like no other when i rinse with warm salt water (im afraid) lol help me out

It might burn a little, but you should gargle with the salt water. Also, you might want to see a periodontist if you have consistent gum inflammation. Gum disease is very serious and can cause terrible tooth decay and overall mouth infection. Good luck and go gargle with the salt water...it will feel better :) You can also purchase some Anbesol at the drug store to numb the affected area.
