i know you've said you've tried all the strips and what not, but so have I, until Listerine came out with those dissolving strips. I bought a pack that came with the strips AND the Listerine whitening mouthwash. I've been using them for about a month now and my teeth have gotten whiter and people have noticed!

hopefully that helps and you havent tried those already!

Brush them with baking soda or salt. Or both. Put a little in a dry toothbrush and brush on teeth. Then just wash it up with water..

You want quick and easy, go to your dentist and get them professionally done. Takes about an hour and you often go home with trays so you can continue the process.

Crest whitening mouth wash, along with a whitening toothpaste. It doesn't make them movie star white, but it definitely makes a difference.

Talk to your dentist about whitening options. The prices are really coming down.

Good luck!

sounds silly but this works.....

rub a strawberry on your teeth!!!

haha it works for me!!

I know it sounds discusting but if you rub NIVIA moisturiser on yur teeth and then leave it for about 10 min then brush off. You should notice the difference. Thats what me and my friends use before a big night out. Just be carefull not to swallow the stuff its not very appertising hope this helps x

Brush your teeth for 5minutes 4 times a day, using Crest whitening expressions toothpaste for 2 minutes, then using a mixture of baking soda and peroxide for 2 minutes, then use mouth rinse with fluoride for the last minute.

If that doesn't improve your teeth, then continue to do that but also use crest whitening strips.
If the those to things don't satisfy you then go to your dentist and have them whiten them. It only cost me $160

Even if you have your dentist whiten then still brush your teeth how I described.

Also, smoking and drinking coffee discolors teeth.

One popular tooth whitening product that you can use is bleaching solution that contains peroxide for bleaching tooth enamel. The bleaching agent in these products is usually carbamide peroxide, which is available in 10, 16 and 22 percent concentrations.

Whiteners that contain peroxide typically come in gel form and are placed in a mouthguard. Some products are used twice a day for 2 weeks while others are intended for overnight use for a 1 to 2 weeks period. If you can obtain the bleaching solution from your dentist, he will be able to construct a custom mouth guard to fit your teeth precisely. Currently, the American Dental Association endorses only dentist-dispensed home-use percent carbamide peroxide tray-applied gels.

Amazing that you should ask this because I just figured out a very good way to whiten teeth without anything expensive.

1. Be sure to floss really well.
2. Go buy a metal tooth scraper (you can get one at any Walmart--just ask someone if you can't find it) to remove the plaque off of your teeth--this is the same process used by dentists during regular cleanings and checkups!!!
3. After nothing else comes off of your teeth when scraping, (make sure to scrape all sides--and especially the fronts of your teeth because they're the main visible ones) then rinse with a solution of half hydrogen peroxide and half water. (Example: 1oz of water + 1oz hydrogen peroxide = 2oz of rinsing solution.) You should rinse with this solution for at least 30 seconds, preferrably 1 minute. Swish it around like you would mouthwash, but make sure not to swallow any!
4. Brush your teeth with normal toothpaste for at least two minutes and make sure not to miss a spot. (Hard-bristled brushes work the best.)
5. Finally rinse with the hydrogen peroxide solution (from step 3) again for 30 seconds. (You might want to rinse with water after this because this process will make your mouth a little dry. I usually have to drink some water after.)

I don't suggest doing this more than once a week, however after you have done this more than two times you can use straight hydrogen peroxide without any water when rinsing. I guarantee that if you do a good job your teeth with be visibly whiter--usually after the very first time! This process has never failed for me and I have the whitest teeth that I've ever had in my entire life. Good luck!
