I Just got my 4 Wisdom teeth pulled how long till i recover?

I just got my teeth out and i see my girlfriend in a week who lives in another state....of course we will be kissing and stuff becuase i have not seen her in a year..will i be okay in a week ? how long does it take to recover ?
