Braces Stains?
I have had braces almost a year now.
Only a year in theory to go.
I really do not want stains on my teeth.
What foods and drink stains teeth?
Cos if i stop drinking and eating them now then my teeth will slowly whiten up
any tips, as they do look a bit yellow especially on the top row
compared to the bottom x

Coffee and tea definately. If you absolutely have to have them try using a straw ( I learned that trick from my friend that just got her braces off). Curry and mustard will stain too. Try getting a sonic toothbrush as well. Its a little expensive but well worth it to invest in one to help remove stains.
