Teeth whitening--crest white strips?
i lost the directions to them.. is it okay for me to use them right after i brush my teeth or should i use them in a few hours after i brush them?
Answers:
You shouldn't brush prior to putting the strips on due to the fact that the paste leaves a residue that will make them less effective. Also, you shouldn't smoke, or drink dark liquids like tea, coffee, red wine, juice etc for at least 1/2 hour after of you will be apt to get more staining because the teeth are more porous. If you become sensitive and are using the strips twice a day change to once a day or every other day. You won't whiten as fast, but you should be more comfortable and the sensitivity is generally temporary. Hope this helps!
