No, white strips you wont notice much of a difference unless you use them exactly as perscibed. If you use the 14 day ones you will start to notice a difference after one week, but make sure you use them exactly like the box says, dont take them off early or skip days. I used them a few times when they first came out and I think they are great.
Laser whitening is the only one with immediate results because it is so strong and can only be performed by a dentist. Some tanning salons are offering a similar procedure, it is UV whitening but not as strong as at the dentist, and not as safe in my opinion.
fraid not to both your questions. the whitening strips are a very gradual process. and anything strong enough to be able to make a change that drastic can't be allowed over the counter because inevitably some fool would not use it correctly and hurt themselves, sue the company, and then no one could get it at all ever. You want instant results, you need lazer whitening, that means a dentist that does it, and of course the major bucks it costs.

if you want really white teeth, and your teeth are pretty straight one other option that most people dont cosider is to get TEETH COVERS. Do a google search on it. They're basically fake upper teeth that cover all of your smiling teeth and make them look perfect, and they also look very real too. Theyre not expensive either, at around 50 bucks...and you can take them off and put them on whenever you want.
