Is it thrush?!
Question: I always wake up with a white tongue, just like normal, and sometimes it's thicker in the back....
It's never been on my cheeks, and comes off easy.
I dunno.

Is your tongue sore and red after removing the whiteness? Is the whiteness curd like? It is normal for the tongue to have a slight white coating that is thicker in the back. If it begins to look like cottage cheese and is sore when removed, it could be thrush.
It's not thrush. It is like plague or something funky covering your mouth. I think it primarly happens to most people.
Nah. Just plaque. Thrush (aka candidiasis) is a fungal infection common to people with diabetes, immune deficiencies, HIV, etc. People who never take their dentures out often have it as well.
Be sure to brush your tongue and use a tongue cleaner. : )
