Chronic bad breath?!
Question: This has been a problem for me for a very long time. I chew gum 24/7, and it does help, but i can always feel the bad breath ready to attack as soon as i spit out the gum. I have quit a healthy diet i would say: vegetables, whole grains, some fatty foods obviously...I drink alot of water aswell. I brush my teeth twice a day (morning and night) thats all i have time for, and use mouthwash and tongue scraper, but it always comes back no matter what i do. When my friend talk to me i always turn away to talk because im embarassed. They think im just being wierd so it kind of sucks. What can i do to solve this problem for good!!? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. And i don't smoke or drink. How on earth am i supposed to have a boyfriend and not gross him out?!

You might have an infection of your gums/teeth/sinus. You should also rule out diabetes or some forms of gastric reflux. Pls see a dentist as soon as possible to rule out periodontal disease or a tooth abscess, both of which might cause more problems if left untreated
The problem could be any number of health issues.
I'd recommend consulting with a doctor.
If you brush your teeth and tongue thouroughly and with great care, and you have no decaying teeth, then it's not your mouth that has the problem. Are your tonsills ok? If yes, then maybe look at your stomach.
first off, it would be a good idea to see a dentist. There might be something going on. Also, try a tongue scraper, sounds harsh, but it isn't. It really helps to get accumulated gunk off the back of the tongue that can cause breath problems.
