What do you do after you take off crest white strips?
i have sensitive teeth!
Answers:
You can rinse your mouth and brush your teeth with warm water and a sensitive tooth toothpaste. You shouldn't smoke, or drink dark liquids like tea, coffee, red wine, juice etc for at least 1/2 hour after of you will be apt to get more staining because the teeth are more porous. If you are using the strips twice a day change to one a day or every other day. You won't whiten as fast, but you should be more comfortable and the sensitivity is generally temporary.
