The Premium line didn't give me any results. But it depends from person to person. The Renewal line claims to lift up to 20 years of stains. I used the Renewal and the Classic. Until recently, I used either for about 4 years, doing either set about once a year or so. The Classic line whitening lasts longer but the Renewal gave me whiter results. Depends on how stained your teeth are. The key is to use the whole system to get max results. Now, I use whitening strips from my dentist. With any strips, some ppl have sensitivity. The box says not to brush before use. Wearing the top/bottom separately, skipping a day, or allowing more time between sets can help. Instead of back to back, I wear one in the morning and another at night. =)
