Average cost of braces in america.?
particularly the south. invisalign and traditional braces...teeth have no major issues :) just a little out of line....how long did you wear them and how much did it cosT?

I did invisalign and it was about $5000, they quoted me $3000 for the traditional wire method, however, I live in CA. I had to wear my lower aligners for about 40 weeks and my upper aligner for 32 weeks (my bottom teeth needed more movement than the uppers). I don't know how long I would have had to wear the wire braces for.
My teeth weren't that bad, most people thought I had already had braces, but I was really self concious about my lower teeth, so wanted them fixed. The only bad thing is with the Invisalign, you have to wear them for 22 hours/day and take them out only when you eat and clean them. It is annoying to have to take them out before every meal, but liveable.
