Question: hey im a just turned 13 well anywayss... OWWW!!!,! all the way of the back where there used to be a boil but fixed my i keep rubbing it with my tounge and it hurts when i brush it and im eating STAKE and thats <<<CHEWY!! now it hurts!! oh boi not tryina be funny but..... i can say Bye bye, to cereal in the morning!!!!

What you had was an impacted wisdom tooth that is caught under the gums.
It swelled up with a blood blister and opened. The gums over it should start to die and let the tooth emerge. It is very sore right now but it will get better.
Of course, you really do need to go to a dentist.

Go see a Doctor it looks bad. Im sure it hurts.
That is your 12 year molar pushing through the gingiva. You don't need to see the dentist because nothing can be done.
I am a dental hygienist and the only thing you can do is swish with warm salt water or a perixide/water comination.
That is just extra gum tissue that will eventually heal. I understand that you are probably biting it. If it really bothers you, you can see the dentist. The dentist will numb your gums and cut off the extra gingival tissue.
It looks like your second or 12 year molar is almost all the way thru into your mouth. There looks like a bit of skin still covering the molar. See your dentist.
