I had my bottom teeth removed 3 weeks ago and i feel hard bone fragments on my gums.Is this normal?

if your general dentist extracted your teeth, have them refer you to an oral surgeon. the bone fragments maybe root tips from the extraction sites, or maybe excess bone the oral surgeon can file down. Don't be scared! minor procedures =)
