Tooth question: The other day I noticed slight (mild) pain while eating?
from one bottom molar on the left side. Today I had no problems eating but the tooth still feels funny and hurts slightly if I bite down. I didn't injure it, I have no mouth problems or cavities, and I'm wondering what's going on. Should I see my dentist or just wait it out? I just don't want it to worsen.

please go to the dentist,you may have a cavity and if you dont go soon it may be a root canal..which is not that bad but do not wait until it gets worse it will get more painful if you wait..its happened to me too...and im a dental assistant
