i dont know what i hav, but my tongue is super-white(and its not indegestine) and i really need a cure cause it hurts when i eat and tomoro is a pizza party and then wednesday is a field trip to universal studios.........heres the pic

I AM NOT A DOC however I am premed. To me it looks like thrush but the picture is not really clear and I would have to be licensed to diagnose you. Go to the doctor and they will perscribe you some antibiotics to take care of this for you ASAP.
