My 4 yr old daughter has lost her front tooth I want to get it replace where can!

My 4 yr old daughter has lost her front tooth I want to get it replace where can I take her to get this done??
I want to find a dentist that will put in a temporary tooth mean while her permant tooth comes in. But im having trouble finding a dentist that will do this.

I know you can get these teeth, (I knew a little girl who did beauty contests and wore one!) but I think they're like partials (You know, like grandma used to wear!) I'm not sure anyone would do anything permanent on a 4 year old. You might try an oral surgeon, but I'd think a regular dentist would help you more...hmmm....think about the partial...at least she could wear it in pictures and stuff.
