Should I brush my teeth right before getting my wisdom teeth out?!

Question: I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow morning at 8:30, I'm going to have the general anesthesia, so I'm not supposed to eat or drink anything (including water) after midnight or anything. I think it's maybe because I'm supposed to have an empty stomach, like for some medication, but I'm not sure if I should brush, floss, and use mouthwash in the morning before I go to my surgery? I was planning on doing it, but I would hate to do it and find out I wasn't supposed to and have to reschedule.

Thanks.

You should floss, brush, and use mouth wash. For any dental procedures your mouth cavity should be clean. You don't need germs getting into the tooth sockets.

It is OK because you will be spitting it out. Brush and rinse your mouth in the morning.

You can brush and floss your teeth; just don't swallow anything. I wouldn't use the mouthwash; just rinse with water and spit it out.

Yep its ok, I had the same exact procedure last year. The operation itself was a breeze even though they keep you awake
with Anesthesia use because they can't use a breathing pump during the procedure if they were to completely put you out.
