Will Crest White Strips still be effective if you smoke and drink coffee?
Answers:
They should still be effective, however it would be best to have a professional cleaning prior to using them as any stain or build up you have will prohibit them from working well and can't be removed by the strips. Once the teeth are cleaned you will wear the strips twice a day for a 30 minutes each time. First thing- don't brush your teeth first and then after you are done don't eat, drink any thing dark (coffee, tea, soda, red wine) or smoke for 1/2 hour after since the teeth are subject to staining. Lastly, if you can get the whitestrips supreme (sold at dental offices) they are much stronger and more effective than those you can get at the drugstore. Hope that helps!
