Everyone is different, some people swell up a lot, and some people don't swell up at all. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed last year, the top two had to be cut out from the side of my gums, and the bottom two were extracted, my bottom gums had to be cut open, and he had to cut the tooth into two pieces to get it out.

The procedure, even though I was on gas, I was still awake, I can remember it as well, but there was no pain at all, and I was relaxed from the sedation they had me on, it wasn't bad at all.

Later that day, I went to bed for a couple of hours, I actually got up, and went food shopping with my brother for more chicken and whatever for my bodybuilding protein meals.

As for the swelling, I didn't really have any at all. The biggest pain about getting the wisdom teeth out is the recovery process after the surgery. Theres lots of bleeding, Eating Careful, and especially the throbbing pain once the Numbing wears off later on. Also the stitches that start to wear out and hang off the roof of the mouth, and having to use scissors to cut part of the hanging stitches, even though they are supposed to dissolve.

So to answer your question once again, No one can really say how much you will swell up, Everyone is different, You might not swell up at all, who knows.

I had braces to, and had to get 7 teeth pulled to get mine on. I went threw some similar things you have/had to.

ow.

Yes, almost EVERYONE swells up. It's temporary and I suggest that you get them pulled on a Fri. Then you have the weekend to recover. You'll be swelled up for 1-3 days. Everyone's diffrent. And you may have brusing.

AGAIN, THIS IS ALL TEMPORARY. It'll only last for 1-4 days max.

When you remove wisdom teeth these days they usually do it surgically. This means they usually will knock you out for awhile and remove them. There will be swelling but if you take advil or another pain reliever the swelling should go down.

Not everyone has that severe of swelling but it is possible.

Don't worry about what you look like after the surgery. It is better that you are getting it done now because if you would have waited it would have been much MUCH worse.

Hope this helps :)
