Let me first tell you I'm not guessing about your situation, my 43 years in the dental health field allows me to tell you that while no pain could an ongoing situation for a very long time, that isn't the primary issue. First, "all" your teeth are designed to work in a balanced manner as the chewing surfaces come together as you chew. A broken molar immediately changes the balance between it's self and the opposing tooth. Second, if the tooth's nerve was damaged to the point it doesn't transmit pain, you will not know when the tooth begins to severely decay, and here's the problem with that, if the decayed area becomes infected and you happen to be a person with known or unknown cardiac issues, the infection is pouring poison directly into your blood stream and heads to what ever weak area you have, if that's a cardiac issue it could cause sever cardiac issues even to the point of death...It;s not a common thing but is absolutely possible. Get the tooth taken care of ASAP.,,,OH yes, other health issues such as arthritis can be made worse by decaying and or infected teeth.

Are you scared of the dentist or something ?

If you don't go to a dentist the tooth will eventually rot. It may take quite a while but it's just like letting a cavity go too long. The tooth will start to blacken as it dies. A dentist will probably need to do a root canal and crown the tooth.

I think the answer is obvious don't just let it go. I will rot and eventually it will affect the root which will cause you an immense amount of pain. Plus, trhe part that came out has now exposed your gums to bacteria and that can cause severe infections which and do much damage not to mention give you rotting fish breath. SEE A DENTIST IMMEDIATELY DUH!!

bacteria can get into the canals, causing serious pain - WHEN it goes like that you will need root canal treatment, which can be costly....you will loose the other part of the tooth eventually.you really need to see a dentist, why would you not??
