Is it necessary to remove your wisdom teeth?!

Question: and if u dont any negative effects in the future

Answers: and if u dont any negative effects in the future

Usually, yes. If your wisdom teeth are impacted/did not fully erupt, they should be removed b/c they can develop tumors over years or infections. These tumors have been known to become cancerous and these infections have been known to spread to the sinus and even rarely the brain. These infections often begin from the impacted teeth later deciding to move and running into the molar root in front of it. It can also try to eat through the molar root and kill that molar. Also, they can erupt, but they may cause crowding of teeth that were straight before. Or, they can erupt and then later in life develop cavities and then need to be removed as they would once they develop tumors, infections, or impactions. When they are removed at age 17-25 it is much easier to remove them than when they are removed 10-20 or more years later. When they are removed later in life, they can be enclosed in bone or very set in the nerve system. When enclosed in bone, they are very difficult to get out and may times the bone has to be cut and this can leave bone defects/loss. When taken out it can cut nerves that go to the tongue or face leaving no feeling temporarily or permanently to that area. It is just easier to get them out while younger.

only 10% of adults actually have room for them to erupt throughly in.

Yes, the above answer seems accurate. Most people have so much trouble cleaning way back there, that even if they do erupt, they are hard to reach and end up with cavities.
Also, if you don't have them taken out and they are pushing your other teeth around, you could end up with crooked teeth and jaw pain. If your dentist recommends it, I would do it.
Try to get it done by an oral surgeon and on a Friday so that you have a few days to 'recover'. However, most people do fine and don't even use pain killers after 24 hours.

Yes it is, I was 23 when I had to get my wiosdom teeth took out. The hospital did it for me & they can do it for you. You will be put under anesthetic & all of them will be removed.
Don't let you're Dentist do it when you can be put to sleep.
If you leave you're wisdom teeth in (as we don't use them in this day & age, we used them in stoneage man for tearing up raw meat) ther'll grow awkward & just give you more problems in the future, so it's best to get rid.
