You can use your invisalign retainers as a "tray" and buy the over the counter whitening gel...(I use "Plus White") and follow those directions. Works decent to whiten teeth over a week.
I don't know about it, but they should! After all, my Invisaligns cost $6000 :[
It's up to the dentist. You can use the last tray to apply bleaching solution. Most dental offices charge between $35 and $50 for the tubes of prescription strength bleaching gel. Even if they give that to you, it's not much of a savings. I'd ask for it anyway...all they can do is say 'no'.
