Question: i want to be a doctor...but medical is a huge field...i dunno which one to choose...

That's putting the horse before the cart. I'd say before that you need to be in the top of your class in college and study pre-medicine. Med school is very competitive. You need to have lots of community service, Excellent grades and a strong will to get to medical school before you even worry about what to specialize in. If you get accepted you have 4 very hard years ahead. As you get through that then you should worry about where to specialize. Until getting to that point you have many obstacles to consider first.
depends on what you like , there are so many different doctors , i personaaly like piediatrican because they get an advantage of working with children
My sister just started college in Aug. She is going to be an orthodontic. It is a wonderful career. She has many years to go, so she first is going to get a degree in engineering. Then continue on. Go for it. About 10 long years, but all worth it in the end.
