Tooth problems?!

Question:

Tooth problems?

I have a baby tooth and behind that tooth is an adult tooth growing in. My orthadontist said I have to get the baby tooth pulled and then they are going to put orthadontict brackets and a chain on it to pull the adult tooth behind it forward into place and then after that he is going to put invisilign on. Does anyone know what orthadontict brackets are? i googled it all that came up were braces.. he said that they are attachments and there would be a chain on the tooth to help pull it forward??

Answers:

Think of them as braces. Braces essentially do the same thing as they pull teeth together (by use of various forces). You will need these brackets if you want your teeth to look decent.
