It's so disgusting!!??!

Question: I have 2 wisdom teeth that are growing. 1 of them is practically done growing but I think the other one has a little bit more to go.. When it grows, my gum practically like peels off in like chunks and kinda like dangles there!!! It's so painful and disgusting! Anyways, is it bad if I dont pull my wisdom teeth out?? Is it really painful to get it out? How much did it cost you? I heard it was really expensive like $1500 for each tooth

if you do not have insurance it can be costly but maybe you can opt for a payment plan... if you don't get them out it crowds your teeth and your normal teeth can become jeopardized in their alignment.... i had mine out wheni was like 18 and i stayed home and drank broth( my mom was a good caretaker) and the next day towards the evening i was pretty much fine.... they give you a little syringe to mix salt wate rin and eject into the holes where the teeth were extracted to prevent compacting or clotting and its a good rinse that is soothing... you really shouldnt be in much pain at all and besides they will give you some tylenol 3 or vicodin which helps ease any minor aches..... just dont plan on runnin gor joggin or any aerobic for a few days// other than that you will be fine!

You did not mention your age. Wisdom teeth are different with different people. It really sounds like you need to get it examined to see if it will be good or bad for you to keep it. You are welcome to email me. If used the plan I offer saves people more than they spend to have it-it is affordable. You may email me: seekhealthenterprises@yahoo.com

it's not that much. it's less expensive to pull a tooth then to get a filling, but to be honest mine didn't hurt at all really.

$1500 a tooth sounds extremely high. I am getting mine out, and they are impacted, but it's still only costing me $290 per tooth. At the oral surgeons office, they informed me that it was never more than $450 a tooth maximum. The total for the surgery is costing around $1500 (because of the anaesthetic) for me personally. If you get a dentist that is telling you $1500 per tooth, then I suggest you look elsewhere for someone else that can remove them....if that's what needs to happen.
