Unless you are a chemist yourself, I wouldn't even attempt to mix a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. I don't see the point as it's equally cheap buying a commercial mouthwash, much effective and less hassle.

i think in cananda they have banned hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash as it may cause mouth cancer.......don't hold me to it

I'd say they are about the same. I've had both of them. Personally I hate the aftertaste of Hydrogen peroxide, so I don't know why'd you be so keen on using it, lol
