Yes use the crest strips. they are flat with little bubbles filled with the bleach. when you press them onto your teeth the bubbles squish all the bleach onto your teeth and also act like a hundred little suction cups, holding the strips very firmly and confiterably, you could even fall asleep and sometimes they stay on.
and try brushing real good with baking soda b4 you put em on.
make sure you dry your teeth before you apply them...
the crest white strips work the best.
don't smoke, brush teeth or drink water after drinking soda or coffee. I like crest whitestrips, but I also like the listerine dissolving strips, as long as you dont drink coffee or soda etc they seem to help me

There is a product called 5 MINUTE WHITENER that you can find at Eckerds/CVS and maybe other places as well. It's in a "stand-up" white tube and is a clear mint gel. I use it half & half on my toothbrush with toothpaste and it really works! I'm sure you can use it with one of those rubber teeth trays, too!
i actually HAVE used thoes white strips (long story...), and they do work pretty well...
