Cement on damon braces loosened? help!dentists!?
only one of my teeth's cement was loosened. i had my upper braces placed yesterday and i woke up this morning with my last teeth (upper right) cement rempved and hanging loose. the bracket fell on my tongue and i have to remove it. the reast of the brace was fine. will the dentist have to repeat the step all over again? or will it just be the last teeth? how long will that take? i think i have to pay for that bracket??!

ITS ONLY ON ONE TOOTH. I PLACED WAX ON IT SINCE TOMORROWS A HOLIDAY AND THE CLINIC IS CLOSED.

Call your dentist's office. Whether or not you have to pay for it, you need it fixed. I doubt they'll charge you anyway. Call the office and listen for instructions for afterhours care. Sometimes they have a pager number to call, sometimes they check messages on weekends, sometimes they have an on-call dentsit get back to you. Either way, yor braces will only be effective if they're attached, so give them a call.
