Answers:

I have TMJ, which is characterised by tooth clenching and grinding. I think that it is caused by arthritis in the jaw - and triggered by stress. Hopefully, you are just a bit stressed out and it will pass. Personally, my jaw got 'stuck' shut and I had to go to a specialist to get a guard to wear at night to correct the clenching and have some x-rays and tracking done. If it starts to bother you (frequent headaches/headache mixed with a toothache, cracking and popping when opening the mouth or chewing, etc.), then go to see your doctor or buy a guard that you can wear at night from your local drugstore.

Good luck.
