Omg

Get the wire fixed ASAP the longer you let it go the longer you will have them on for.

That happened to me and They added an extra 4 months on to my orig 18 months.

I eat bananas, mashed potatoes, soy milk, anything soft- Pb&J sandwiches lots of other stuff just use you Imagination!

Good luck and Get that wire fixed!

Food like puree perhaps

Soft foods like ice cream, cheese, or mashed potatoes.

If you just got them on or tightened, it'll take a couple of days before things go back to normal. Try taking an Advil or something.

my wire popped today omgz!!!!

i put it back in

it hurt but it was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

good luck

Call the ortho, most have an answering service. Call and they will decide what to do. In the meantime, cover it with wax. As far as food, I liked rice, yogurt, applesauce, bread with peanut butter, and soup. Good luck! The pain will be gone in a couple of days and the end result is worth it.

if u just got them tightened, then of course, they hurt. eat soft cold foods, and try to find another ortho that can help with ur wire. in the meantime, try wax, and/or tylenol.

eat some ice cream or something cold that used to numb the pain down for me and when my bracet popped off i just popped it back in it's pretty easy
