No. you need to go to the dentist. abscesses can pollute the rest of your body and research is showing a link between mild long term infections and heart disease. the first time you go to the dentist he or she will look in your mouth and do an exam, as well as take a x-ray. He or she may also do a percussion test(tap on your tooth gently) and a vitality test which is a low dose current what will register a tingling sensation in your tooth if the nerve inside is still alive. These should not be painful. ask your doctor for a sedative if you are having severe anxiety, but you will need someone to drive you back and forth if one is prescribed. no one really likes going to the dentist, but i try think of something that could be worse...you could have a pain in your butt and have to see a butt doctor..and that can't be any fun! I hope this helped and you feel a little more at ease.

yes, you can let your tooth rot in your head and possibly get a blood infection that might kill you,, I know what you mean about the dentist. It sucks but you have to go sooner or later, you might as well get it over with.. or you could pull them all out, that way they wouldnt bother you anymore LOL

Just go to the dentist for a check-up. They won't do anything. If they do something against you're will, sue them. haha

Premanently? No. You'll have to suck it up and go to the dentist. There's a temorporary solution though. Go to wolmart or somewhere and look for a gel that relieves toothaches. Sorry I can't remember that name.

Suck it up and deal with it or risk getting an abscess or infection in the tooth. My dentist suggests taking a Tylenol PM if you get anxious or ask your doc for an anti-anxiety pill for before the appointment. Your dentist should also be able to numb your gums before he inserts the needle. And honestly, once the first little stick is over, you can't feel the rest anyways.

Just do it and get it over with. The more you think about it, the worse it's going to get.
