when they are enlarged do you get bad breath? Since they've been this way I always feel like I have bad breath. Also someome told me they would be gone in a few days, But its been a week and they're still there, what should I do?

Enlarged Circumvallate Papillae are part of the normal anatomy of the tongue. Generally, these structures are flat and innocuous, however occasionally, a patient presents with enlarged papillae. They are considered normal.
And I haven't been able to find anything that states that they cause bad breath... but many other things can.
Brush your tongue when you brush your teeth... make sure you use floss to move and disrupt bacteria between teeth that your tooth brush cant reach. And mouth wash can help.
If they don't go way soon, you may want to ask your doctor.
YOU CANNOT CHANGE THEIR SIZE. SCRAPE YOUR TONGUE TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND YOUR BREATH WILL IMPROVE.
