how do they take the braces off and i got a bar aswell and i wondered how they take them both off the bar and the braces i am really really scared plz write

oh honey..dont be scared!! it didnt hurt my daughter when her fixed braces (top & bottom) were taken off...cant remember how they did it..but she was fine.

i started crying when i saw her perfect teeth..they were beautiful...just like yours are going to be!!

p.s. she did tell me off for crying..but its mum's job to show her daughter up in the dentists...lol!! - good luck to you darling...do not worry one bit!
