Does removing the dressing from your dry socket hurt?!

Question: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and I thought I was fine. About 4 days after my surgery I felt like I had a earache, I came to find out it was dry socket. I went in and he packed it with medicated dressing and it HURT SO BAD!!!. I have to go back in 2 days and I wonder will it hurt to remove and will my dentist have to repack it.

Please know that your next visit shouldn't be at all as painful as the last one. A dry socket is when the blood clot in your extraction site dissolves instead of becoming the primary insulation over the newly exposed bone. Your body will make that barrier and fill in, and as it does you will feel less and less pain. It usually takes about 10-14 days from the time of extraction before you can be comfortable without the dressing.

when you make a word that is not in the bible its true meaning isnt found till it can be destroyed and it unlocks all the freedom people steal,.,

not usually, it usally feels relieved

I had a dry socket too - OOOOO that hurts. Relief came when the dentist cut it open. So removing the packing may help! Hope you feel better. :)
