Are all toothpastes basically the same?
I noticed that the active ingrediant is all the same...

Yes they are. The main ingredient that you look for is fluoride. This is the stuff that makes your teeth stronger. Also make sure that they are ADA approved (it should say on the box). This will assure you that they don't use stuff that causes cancer or whatever. Keep brushing!
