Okay I am confused! Is this safe or not safe?
Is hydrogen peroxide safe or not safe to rinse your mouth with? I see some sites that say it is fine and can aid in keeping healthy gums and teeth while others say no and it can harm the enamel on your teeth. On the bottle it does say you can use it as an oral rinse. But what is the truth? I have a cavity and I know it is after the fact now but I want to do whatever I can to have healthy and strong teeth and gums now and after I go to the dentist to get my cavity taken care of. So what is the verdict on hydrogen peroxide? Is it safe or not as an oral rinse and also how often should it be used? Thanks!
