There aren't a lot of female dentists but do you remember the case of the woman who repeatedly ran over her husband with her car? She was a dentist.
There is a female dentist in the city (Youngstown, Ohio) where I live. I know this because she frequently advertises her service on TV. She's kinda hard to take serious because she kinda looks like a cross between Gwen Stefani and Joan Rivers. She has platinum blonde hair and wears lots of make-up. She looks like she had lots of plastic surgery in her face, especially her lips-they're huge! And she wears this really red lipstick. She has a German last name (not that any of this is relevant). She must be good though because she has patients compliment her in her commericals. Unless they are just getting paid, but I doubt it.

I think the numbers of women dentists are going up. I know of three and they all just recently completed dental school.
