my cousin said so and she had it ysterday.

Im sure it does, but you should first check out some of your other options, if your having an issue with your TMJ, you should see a specialist, they could introduce some other options besides surgery. They work, things like an occlusal guard, something that you may have to wear at night or all of the time for a while until your pain is under control. Good luck
