Question:

If I have a toothache with uncontrollable pain, should I go the ER?

Can stand the pain and the pain killers aren't helping...

Answers:

Go to a dentist the er will more than likely just give you pain meds which wont fix the problem and there are 24 hour emergency dentists, or dentists that will come in for an emergency on the weekends try 1800 dentitst ....might have an s at the end not quite sure. Tell them that you have an intense toothache and need to be seen as soon as possible i found a really great dentist with them (up until him i was deathly afraid of dentists) and they fixed me up. Also try a hot and warm compress on your cheek where the tooth ache is, warm salt water swishes, maximum strength LIQUID ambesol, comes in a glass vial, whole cloves (bite down on a whole clove tastes gross burns a little but will help) and my dad swears by biting down on a whole clove of garlic (he has really, really, really bad teeth) good luck!
