I know , they are miserable things.
Practice helps with the handling process.
To get them to stay in place, first center the strip and then working from the center out ward, gently push the strip with your finger nail into the space between your teeth while holding the strip in place with another finger. do one tooth and then hold that one in place while you work on the next.
When I use up all my strips I am going to see if I can find a better product.

I hated those. Get the stuff you like paint on.

Try using the Listerine whitening strips. They seem to work better. Plus, they taste good. :)

i did not like those very much i had to just keep a washcloth in my hand when i used them.

You can swallow. Not a great taste, but won't hurt you.

After you put the strips on, use your tongue and lips to sort of "suction" them to your teeth. It was a pain in the butt for me when I first tried it but you get use to it and it gets easier.

I had those, and I would have to say I didn't like them very much. Try not to move the strip around to much once its in place. The main ingredient in the strips is peroxide, so its not terrible if you accidentally swallow some, but if you have a sensitive stomach it might irritate it. I recommend you try the whitening trays, as they tend to stay in place better

I try not to swallow it. I'm scared of stuff like that going into my body. I basically spit into a paper cup. I would first, dry your teeth before putting the strips on. Make sure you have the upper strips and lower strips on the correct teeth and you should be good to go! I would have bought the Listerine disolving strips if I knew before how they would slip and be annoying. I was doing great for the first 3 days but then they just started sliding. I didn't finish the kit but I do notice a difference. My teeth were pretty sensitive but it went away.
